Accommodation: Two modern apartments with lounge/diner area. The kitchens are equipped with electric hobs, fridge, electric toaster and microwave. An iron and vacuum cleaner are also supplied. Both apartments have a large bedroom with a double bed, bedside lights and fitted wardrobe. There is a large lounge/diner with sofa beds (which converted to double bed)) and table & chairs. There is also a cabin with twin bunk beds in each apartment. Both apartments have large balconies with table and chairs - the larger apartment has double-glazing with magnificent sea views. The bathrooms have a shower, washbasin and separate toilets. There is also a beautiful communal swimming pool which is open between mid-May and mid-September. Both apartments are located on the first and second floor, accessible by lift or stairs.

Resort: Cap D'Agde is a beautiful holiday resort with fine, clean sandy beaches and lovely countryside with a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, small and large supermarkets (Casino, Intermarche and Hyper-U), casino and nightclubs. Also there are a wide variety of sports facilities including golf, tennis, bowling, fishing, cycling, sea-sports etc.

  It is a town with stories of the sun and the easy life, naturalist area, the sea, pleasure, action and passion, light and stone, nature and perfumes, night and extravagance.

There are several small and large beaches nearby. The apartments are situated in a quiet area, with parking for the resident, and only five minutes walk from the apartment. The main airport is Montpellier (approximately 25miles away) and the railway station is five miles in the town of Agde.
